Why it's free

Don't rent your marketing. Own it.

We built brands like Pepsi, Unilever and Samsung, with more than 150 people. Small businesses could never afford that team. So they rented a piece of it, month after month. Or they did it alone, late at night.

Big brands got the whole crew. The media buyer who dreams in spreadsheets. The art director who sends a logo back 14 times. Small businesses got the owner, at midnight, doing all of it.

That's over. You can build the team yourself now. The method comes first. The tools come after. Most people selling you a tool have never built a brand.

I'm giving the method away, free.

One café. Three playbooks. Done.

Mai's Café is our example café. All three playbooks, filled in. Open them before you start, so you know what you're building.

Who it's for

Owners. And the person who runs their social.

  • You run a small business and do the marketing yourself, or pay someone month after month
  • You're the marketing manager or assistant who runs the social media for a small business
  • You want your marketing to sound like you, even when someone else writes it
  • You have 15 minutes a day for 4 days
Not for you if you're happy where you are.Happy with 20 competitors selling what you sell, a few streets away. Happy just to break even, and to worry about salaries every month. Happy to let your competitors decide what people think of you. If that's you, close this page. If it isn't, Day 1 is on its way.

Questions

Good questions.

Is it really free?

Yes. The four days are free, and so are the four team members on Day 4.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can write an email, you can do this.

How much time does it take?

15 to 20 minutes a day, for 4 days.

Which apps do I need?

An email inbox and one assistant app: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Grok. Your team works in all four.

What if I miss a day?

Nothing is lost. Every lesson stays in your inbox and every video stays up. Pick up where you left off.

When does it start?

The first class starts on Friday 6 November. Sign up any time before then and Day 1 arrives that morning. Days 2, 3 and 4 follow on the next mornings.

Do I have to hire anyone?

No. That's the point.

Day 1 is your brand. Let's start there.
